Completed petitions are to be filed ANNUALLY with the Nassau County Clerk between April 1st and April 30th . Prepare 2 duplicate petitions, as one will need to be filed with the Nassau County Clerk's Office and the other will need to be filed with the Village of Great Neck Clerk's Office.
The petition must be filed with the Nassau County Clerk’s Office, located at 240 Old Country Road Mineola, NY 11501. Upon filing with the Nassau County Clerk's Office, they will provide you with an AR#. Once the AR# is received, submit the duplicate copy, be sure to annotate AR# on copy, and submit to the Village of Great Neck Clerk's Office.
