The Citizens Advisory Committee is made up of seven individuals, all who reached out to Mayor Bral with interest in serving the community in this capacity. The members are: Aryeh Hauptman, Sam Yellis, Gary Slobin, Effy Namdar, Jean Pierce, Alan Steinberg and Rebecca Davoodian.  The committee is comprised of individuals of differing professional backgrounds including law, finance, real estate, and education. All have deep roots in the Great Neck community having either grown up here themselves or purchased homes and raised their own family here. The committee has been tasked with reaching out to the greater Great Neck community to gather ideas and suggestions for the Middle Neck Road corridor and will present recommendations to the Board of Trustees to be used in conjunction with the corridor study conducted by VHB.
