Phase 4 begins on Wednesday:
Nonessential businesses such as outdoor arts and entertainment; Outdoor zoos, botanical gardens, indoor museums, historical sites and aquariums are all allowed to open,but at 33% capacity.
Higher education like colleges can also reopen, but must develop a plan for reopening and operating during the pandemic.
Low-risk sports, such as gymnastics can take place but with a lower capacity and with precautions in place such as cleaning each of equipment between each use.
Colleges like SUN Farming dale are opening up with a phased employee-return plan in preparation for the fall semester.
Phase 4 will have sub-phases, which means not all businesses expecting to open in Phase 4 will open right away.
Masks must be worn and social distancing will still be required as more establishments begin to reopen.
Malls, gyms and movie theaters will remain closed until further notice.
